We know how to wait, the times of wine making are those of nature and cannot be accelerated. We always wait for the most suitable moment for the harvest and our wines mature in cask and subsequently refine in the bottle for as long as necessary, in order to give them time to acquire the unmistakable character that makes them fine and elegant.
